Prior to Young & Co., Arlyn was Senior Executive Recruiter and Manager at Gatfield, Greenwich & Associates where she commanded the recruitment process from soup to nuts. Before that, her career path took a wild route through Hollywood that included TV talent assistant, sound & picture editing and producing.

Whether working with La-La Land royalty or Wall Street big wigs, one thing remained true — Arlyn knows how to get people together with positivity, clarity and even a little fun.

When not forming relationships of the human kind, she helps our four-legged friends by donating time and service to the Ridgefield Operation for Animal Rescue (ROAR) Shelter in Ridgefield, CT.
